Our focus is to connect you with motivated individuals, that have a balance of experience, skills, and a personality that will be a fit for the program. We approach the process with a high level of transparency. Crew placement is a service designed to increase your overall enjoyment on the water.

The Placement Process

Work directly with you and/or your yacht captain
Conduct initial phone interviews
Vet CV’s with industry contacts to find the best match
Conduct face to face, personal interviews
Administer background checks (paid for by owner)
Conduct reference checks
