Erron’s career is rooted in the "real-world" maritime environment. From navigating the Gulf Stream before dawn to competing on the tournament circuit, her deep connection to the ocean informed her transition from the cockpit to the closing table. As Founder and Principal of SOL Yacht, she oversaw operations for vessels up to 120 feet, managing everything from technical refits and cold-mold hull preservation to ISM/ISPS/OSHA compliance.
